Returns Eligibility
We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

Clear images or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (natural characteristics of premium rabbit fur)
Damage caused due to improper use, washing, or handling
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be approved
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases where the error occurred from our side.
Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted

Every blanket is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch
Slight variations are natural in premium fur products and do not qualify as defects
